W.Bro Ted Wootton Celebrates 60 years in Freemasonry
A truly historic Russell Lodge event for Ted and his son James and for the Wootton Family.
Worshipful Brother Ted Wootton of Russell Lodge recently celebrated a remarkable 60 years in Freemasonry.
In recognition of this exceptional milestone, Ted was presented with a commemorative certificate and a unique lapel pin by Right Worshipful Brother Tony Henderson, Past Provincial Grand Master. A particularly fitting highlight of the occasion was the reflection that one of the candidates Ted himself initiated would go on to become a future Provincial Grand Master—a true testament to his lasting legacy in the Craft.
The celebrations continued during the Festive Board, where Worshipful Brother Ted was honoured once more. His son, the current Worshipful Master, presented him with a beautifully crafted silver salver, engraved with the original Russell Lodge crest, marking both a personal and Masonic moment of great pride.
A truly memorable celebration of dedication, service, and family within Freemason
